Zapp Active Sales Pipeline - Trello Import Guide

⚠️ Important Note About JSON Import

Trello doesn’t support direct JSON imports natively! You have 3 options:

✅ OPTION 1: CSV Import (EASIEST - RECOMMENDED)

Step 1: Install Power-Up

1. Create a new board in Trello: “Zapp Active - Sales Pipeline”
2. Click “Power-Ups” in the board menu
3. Search for “Blue Cat Import” (or “Import to Trello”)
4. Add the Power-Up (first 10 imports are FREE)

Step 2: Import the CSV

1. Download: zapp_active_sales_pipeline_import.csv
2. In Trello, click the Blue Cat Import Power-Up
3. Click “Import”
4. Upload the CSV file
5. Map the columns (should auto-map)
6. Click “Import”
7. Done! 🎉

What This Imports:

• 5 Example prospect cards
• 2 Dashboard cards (Metrics & Goals)
• 2 Resource cards (Scripts & Motivation)
• All labels
• All checklists

After Import:

• Create the remaining lists manually:

  • 💬 In Discussion
  • 🎁 Free Trial
  • ⭐ Champions
  • ❌ Lost
  • 📅 Follow-Up

✅ OPTION 2: Manual Setup (FULL CONTROL)

Time: 30-45 minutes Result: Perfect setup exactly as designed

Step 1: Create Board

1. Create board: “Zapp Active - Sales Pipeline”
2. Set background to blue (Preferences)

Step 2: Create Lists (8 total)

Step 3: Create Labels

Priority: - 🔴 Hot Lead - 🟠 Warm Lead - 🟡 Cold Lead - ⚫ On Hold

Business Type: - 🔵 Cafe/Coffee - 🟣 Pub/Bar - 🟠 Restaurant - 🟤 Retail Shop - 🟢 Service Business

Status: - 💰 Paying £50 - 💎 Paying £100 - 👑 Paying £200 - 🎁 Free Trial - ⭐ Champion - ⚠️ At Risk

Utility: - 📊 Metrics - 🎯 Goals - 📋 Resource - 🔥 Important

Step 4: Create Template Cards

Open zapp_active_sales_pipeline_trello.html or .md and copy/paste card templates:

In PROSPECTS: 1. The Coffee House (example) 2. The New Inn (example) 3. Riverside Bistro (example) 4. Village Store (example) 5. Hair Salon (example) 6. PROSPECT TEMPLATE (copy this for new businesses)

In PAYING: 1. 📊 WEEKLY METRICS DASHBOARD 2. 🎯 90-DAY GOALS 3. PAYING CUSTOMER TEMPLATE

In RESOURCES: 1. 📋 SALES SCRIPTS 2. 📝 BUSINESS RESEARCH TEMPLATE 3. 💪 MOTIVATION

In Other Lists: - Create one TEMPLATE card per list - Copy content from the markdown file

Step 5: Fill With Your Businesses

1. Use PROSPECT TEMPLATE
2. Copy card 80 times (one per business)
3. Fill in details for each
4. Add labels and checklists

✅ OPTION 3: JSON Import via Third-Party Tool

Using a JSON Import Power-Up:

1. Search Trello Power-Ups for “JSON Import”
2. Try “Import to Board (JSON for Trello)”
3. Upload zapp_active_sales_pipeline_trello.json
4. Follow their import process

Note: Results may vary depending on the Power-Up

For Quick Start (Today): → Use OPTION 1 (CSV Import) to get started fast → Import gives you examples and templates → Manually create the other lists → Start filling with your businesses
